It collected a total of ₹4.04 crore (US$530,000) in its first weekend and ₹6.75 crore (US$890,000) in its first week. The film's opening was slow but the collections increased after positive word of mouth. Mukkabaaz earned a total of ₹10.51 crore (US$1.4 million) over its theatrical run.
